pp, 316-317 In the Name of God Amen I SARAH CONWAY of Parish of Saint Pauls County of Stafford being sick but of perfect Sence do make this my last will and Testament. First I bequeath my Soul to God .. Secondly my body to the Earth. Item I give to my Grandson MILES WITHERS CONWAY two Negro Girls one named Winny and Jenny and one feather bed & furniture and in case Miles Withers Conway shall die before he is of age 21 or without heirs lawfully begot .. the aforsd to return to his Father WITHERS CONWAY. Item I give to my beloved Son WITHERS CONWAY one negro girl named Judy & her offspring 6 all the rest of my Estate as well real as personal. Item It is my will that my Estate not be appraised.
