well, turns out the town of Cuero runs the cemetery and they don't have any list of interred; so no way to find individual people per se. They are just starting a project to get digitized, but might be a couple months they'll be presenting the project to the city council - so told her we'd call back in about a year and see how it's going. (361) 275-9460. She said that is the main cemetery for the area and the most likely if buried in that town. Suggested maybe contacting funeral home records; and maybe even if they registered the land as a deed with the city (I'd think doubtful on that.)
However, what she did have is that Seth P. Bell bought 8 spaces. Lot 11, block 4, section 5. there's no way to know if those 8 spaces are occupied or by who (whom) without "boots on the ground" to go read headstones. She also didn't have the date he bought the spaces.
