5th: I give to my friend, Cyrus Brevard and William Watts,Guardians in trust, for my daughter, Lucy Dickson, my Negro woman, Milly, and my Negro, Hariott, with their increase, for the use and benefit of my said daughter, Lucy, and also to my said friend, Cyrus and William, guardians in trust, for my daughter, Nancy Ford,my negro woman Suray, and two children, Henderson and Americus, with their increase, for the use and benefit of my said daughter, Nancy, and also to the said, Cyrus Brevard and William Watts, guardians in trust, for my daughter, Alsey Beard, my negro man, Ben, whom they are not to possess until the death of my said wife, having lent him to her during the time of her natural life,
I give an equal half of a tract of eighty acres of land, which was deeded to me by Stephen Montgomery, which said half is to be taken off the East end or side extending the whole length of the East boundery of said tract, which said several bequeaths to the said Cyrus Brevard and William Watts is to them and their heirs in trust, as above, in full faith and confidence that they will render to my said daughters, Lucy, Nancy, and Alsey,respectfully and regularly, as they may require, all the interest and proceeds of the above bequeaths to them in trust _____to my said daughters, respectfully, in the order and manner above described, making the distinctions as above, without in any wise blending the different bequeaths during the natural lives of my said daughters, Lucy, Nancy,
and Alsey, and at their decease, respectfully, for the parts or portions bequeathed to the said Cyrus and William, for the urpose above, to be equally divided among the children of said daughters, respectfully, to them and their heirs, forever, that is to say, the part bequeathed for the benefit of my daughter, Lucy Dickson, at her decease to be equally divided among her children to them, their heirs and assigns, farever, and the same rules to be observed as to that given in trust for my other daughters, Nancy and Alsey, having the fullest confidence that the said Cyrus and William will faithfully discharge the trust, hereby reposed in them as above.
