Thomas McCuistion was from a true pioneering family. Son of Robert and Isabell Rankin McCuistion. There are family stories about the revolution. Andrew Jackson got the scar on his face at his cousins, the McCuistion/Moody home. Thomas was a surveyor, teacher, and farmer. He had three wives, all of which preceded him in death.
