No record as yet been found to state that the Elizabeth in the census records as wife of Delany or wife of Joseph Waller is the same person as Mary E Kidwell; however, some trees are showing Mary E as Mary Elizabeth Kidwell. She couldn't have been one and the same and married brothers because children born are overlapping. Unless something turns up, I don't believe wife of Delany and Joseph Waller was Mary E. (Elizabeth) Kidwell.

Also, census records where Elizabeth (wife of Delany Wyatt or wife of Joseph Waller) all show her as Elizabeth, not Mary Elizabeth.
And by the same token, the marriage records shows Mary E. Kidwell married to James Wyatt, as well as census records where James and Mary E appear, she is only listed as Mary E., not Mary Elizabeth.

If Elizabeth is for sure a Kidwell, she's likely related to Mary E.
