John married Miss (..) Warriner on 25 Jan 1634. (..) was born about 1614; died after 1650. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

1. Benjamin Bartlett was born on 26 Mar 1643; died on 25 Oct 1678.

Notes:

The descendants in England disagree with this father being named Edmund, they have him listed as Robert. "Robert Bartelot/Bartlett of Fordington Manor, Dorset, had a son Richard baptised there May 17, 1592 and a son Robert baptised there May 27, 1603, both of whom sailed to America, Richard on the "William & Frances" in 1632 Robert on the "Anne" 1623. There was another Bartlett baptised at Fordington with the name John, 1605 who later married another Warren girl on 25 January 1634, and he may also have been a son of Robert. Richard B. baptised in 1592 had a son also named Richard who was baptised at Tincleton Church, Fordington, Jan 4th 1622, and of course that baptism date fits comfortably with the birthdate of Richard B. son of Richard B. as recorded in the family Bible of the American family (Oct 31 1621).
