Being afflicted by the almost entire loss of my Eye-sight, and having had this will read in my hearing and understanding fully and perfectly its contents I hereby authorize the above named Samuel H. Booth to sign my name to the same, and request him to guide my hand in making my mark herein. Witness my hand this 26 day of June 1885."
