Parthena is the widow of deceased Elias Jones and had dower allotted her from other lands, all the other defendants except Laborn Loftis are children of deceased and his lawful heirs. Said Laborn Loftis intermarried with defendant Mary, a daughter of the deceased,... land should be sold. (July Term of Court 1853.)
