May 23, 1726 from Mattw Stone of CC, Gent, & Rachel, his wife, to John Watts, late of CC, Merchant, for 6000 lbs of tobacco in cask and 5 £ sterling money of Great Britain and for divers other good causes, all that tract of land, being part of a tract now in the possession and belonging to the sd Mattw Stone, formerly laid out for about 500 acres, lying in CC on the west side of the main fresh of Nanjemy Cr, bounded by a bounded hickory standing near a fork of Clements Street Branch and is one of the dividing trees between sd Mattw & Mr. Wm Stone's land, containing and laid out for about 100 acres.
