I am Charles Ronald Boyd, we just read your page on John and Eleanor Boyd. They are my 3rd great grandparents John died about Aug..of 1836, his estate settlement was published at mount moriha methodist SC. source, SC.Dept. of Archives and History. box 5 pack 93 S-K Publications federal census search found John's wife Eleanor liveing in 1850 with her youngest daughter Hanna Boyd Malone and husband William. Eleanor was 63 years old born in SC. that puts her birth day 1787 SC.
