Notes:

Arthur & Millie were from Edgefield Co, SC and migrated into Eucutta, MS in 1817. They brought slaves with them, and started a plantation.

Family legend has it that three brothers left England together, (from somewhere close to Wales), and immigrated to South Carolina. Each brother had received their share of their inheritance from the family steel business when they left England.

All three brothers migrated west. One stopped in Alabama, Arthur stopped in Eucutta, MS, and the third brother continued on and settled in Conroe, TX.
