Hoffman, guardian that listed Martha Hariel, William Bounds, James Bounds, Addison Bounds, Annie Mitchell wife of Thomas Mitchell, Elizabeth Mitchell wife of J. D. Mitchell residing in Hancock County MS and Jane Mitchell wife of William W. Mitchell living in Pearl River County. Other heirs were the heirs of Nancy Bounds now deceased who left children John G. Rester, Dolly Woodall, Nanie S. Price, Liberty Rester, Albert Rester aand Minerva Johnson (grandchildren of Nancy Bounds all over 21 years of age and residents of Gilmer Texas).
