- I John Moler, guardian for John Henry Moler, infant heir of Levi Moler decd. make the following report to the county court of Nicholas: money received of Abraham Field on acct. of Levi Moler, $8.75; note on John McVey and Samuel B. Kincaid for fifty dollars to be paid in a horse creature due 15th Dec. 1842, $50.00; note on Jackson Ockerman for sixteen dollars due 25th Dec. 1840 with a credit of two dollars 25 cts., $13.75 (he, Ockerman, has moved from this county); note on John McVey due 1842 for one hundred and thirty five dollars. He McVey is insolvent and nothing can be made and not likely to be made; $135.00; note on John McVey and Perrin McVey due 15th Aug. 1841 for fifty four dollars and 25 cts. He John McVey is insolvent and Perring McVey took the bankrupt law and nothing can be made off either of the said men, $54.25. Nicholas County court, September 18th, 1847. This report of John Moler as Guardian of John Henry Moler was this day returned to court, examined, allowed and ordered to be recorded, which is done. Attest: I.G. Harks, Clerk.
