Harold H. Snider
Services for Harold H. Snider, 59, of Jerseyville, were held Thursday morning at Jacob y Bros. Funeral Home with Rev. Robert A. McAdams officiating. l was in Hardin Cemetery.
His death occurred at 6:10 a.m. Oct 20 at Garnet's Chateau. He was a retired school bu s driver and World War II veteran.
Born in Alton, Oct 14, 1921, he was the son of James and Henry and Rachel Anna Oettle Sn ider. His survivors are two sons Jim of Jerseyville and Kenneth of Alton; a daughter, Judy H ayes of Grafton; a stepdaughter, Carol Henson of Jersey; a brother and a sister, Elmer S nider of Jerseyville and Opal Knecht of Perry.
The HEart Fund has been named as a memorial.

KAMPSVILLE - Edward 0. Vetter,
57, was pronounced dead on arrival at
10:25.p.m. Sunday at Boyd Memorial
Hospital, Carrollton.
Born in Calhoun County, a son of the
late Orlando and Surelda (Page) Vetter,
he was employed as a maintenance
worker at Western Illinois Power Comer
JERSEYVILLE - Harold H. Snyder,
59, died at 6:10 a.m. Monday at Garnet
Chateau Nursing Home.
A retired school bus driver, he was
born in Alton, a son of the late James H.
and Rachel (Oettle) Snyder.
Surviving are two sons, Jim of Jerseyville
and Kenneth of Alton; a daughter,
Judy Hughes of Grafton; a stepdaughter,
Carol Henson of Jerseyville;
a brother, Elmer, also of Jerseyville;
and a sister, Opal Knecht of Perry, III.
Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m.
Wednesday at Jacoby Brothers Funeral
Home, where services will be held
at 10 a.m. Thursday with the Rev. Robert
A. McAdams officiating.
Burial will be in Hardin Cemetery,
and the Heart Fund has been named as
a memorial.
