GESKE
HARDIN - Samuel A. Geske, 76, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday at Jersey Community Hospital, Jerseyvl lle.
Born in Calhoun County, a son of the late August and Adah (Snider) Geske, he married the form er Vera Kress who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Lela.Ulery of East Alton, Lois Scott of Oak Ridge, Tenn. , and Leona Barnett of Brighton; three sons, Edward of Godfrey, Earl of San Francisco and Mik e of
Granite City; 14 grandchildren; and a sister, Bessie Tobias of Carrollton.
Visitation will be after 4 p;m. today at Hanks Funeral Home, Hardin, where services will be h eld at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday with the Rev. George Johnson officiating.
Burial will be in Indian Creek Cemetery.
