Nina I. Smith, 90, died at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2007, at her residence in Jerseyville .
Born Sept. 30, 1917, in White Hall, she was the daughter of Willis and Cecil (Shaw) Hardwick , now deceased.
She married Robert G. Smith June 29, 1951. He died Feb. 26, 2005.
She was a homemaker and retired cook.
Surviving are one son and daughter-in-law, Michael C. and Jayne Smith of Hartford; one grandd aughter, LeAnne Smith; one sister, Zelma Clothier of Dow; and a brother, Paul Hardwick of Jer seyville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Dean Stillwell; a nd a grandson, Mike Smith Jr.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Hanks-Gress Funeral Home in Hardin, where fun eral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, with the Rev. Paul D. Frazier officiating. Buri al will be at Hardin City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
