Violet Hunt, by Mary Sparks, her next friend, Plantiff, vs. 
Ernest Hunt, Defendant, 
PETITION 
Plantiff alledges: 
That Plantiff is, and has been a bona fide resident of Sedgwick County, Kansas, for more than one year next preceedding the filing of this petition. 
That Plantiff and defendant were married at Wichita Kansas, on or about the 7th day of August, 1923; and since said date, have been husband and wife. 
That Plantiff is a minor, seventeen years of age; and that Mary Sparks is her mother and next friend. 
That without fault on the part of this Plantiff, the said defendant has been guilty of gross neglect of duty, in this that since said marriage, the said defendant has failed, neglected and refused to support this plaintiff, furnish her with the nessessaries of life, and a home; and that a large part of of the time since said marriage, the said plaintiff has been compelled to live with her mother, and has received support at the hands of her mother. 
WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays for a divorce from the defendant; and for such other relief as may seem to the court equitable and just.
