Jan 1, 1759 from Joseph Boarman of Prince Georges County, Gentleman, to John Hoskens Boarman of CC, for the natural love sd Joseph Boarman has for sd John Hoskens Boarman and for 5 shillings, part of a tract of land willed him by his father, called Calverts Hope, containing about 200 acres. Signed - Joseph Boarman. Wit - John Winter, James Nivison. Joseph Boarman, and Mary, his wife, acknowledged this deed. Received of John Baptist Hoskins [sic] the sum of 5 shillings, being the consideration within mentioned. Recorded Jan 13, 1759.
