Oct 10, 1760 from George Lee of Prince Georges County, Merchant, to John Laidler of CC, for 455 £ sterling, all that tract of land called Lees Purchase, situated in CC, bounded by the mouth of a small creek called Batchelors Cr, the bank of Potomack River, and also one othe rtract of land, bounded by the afd tract called Lees Purchase and call edthe Store Plantation, and from thence to the River to the mouth of Pashansa [Pasquahanza] Cr alias Hampton Cr, thence to the mouth of the Ashing Swamp, both of which sd tracts, Lees Purchase and the Store Plantation, contain about 300 acres. This deed was acknowledged in Prince Georges County before Prince Georges JPs Fs Waring and John Stone Hawkins by sd George Lee and Chloe, his wife; Chloe relinquished her right of dower to the lands within mentioned.
