I hereby give to Miss Sarah Hawkins Doncastle, the afd May, reserving to Mrs. Doncastle, mother to sd Sarah, the use of sd May during Mrs. Doncastle's life, and to her use only, that is to say, the service and labor only of sd Negro woman, so that if sd Negro woman should have any children, they are to be the immediate property of sd Sarah Doncastle.
