To wife Eliza. Askin, pt. of tract which I bought of John Smith of Jordon Decest [deceased], being pt. of tract called "Jordan," lying on south aide of my spring branch whereon my dwelling house now stands; also what manor land I have on the south aide of same branch.
To son John Askin land bequeathed to my wife Eliza. Askin. provided my son ever returns home in person during his life. If he does not return then land Is to fall to my dau. Sarah Askin. If my son John Askin returns, then I give my manor plantation lying by Edward Darnalls In Zachiah Manor to my dau. Sarah Askin but If my son John never returns then the manor plantation to my dau. Eliza. Askin.
To dau. Rebeckah Askin remaining pt. of tract I bought of John Jordon Smith Decest; also 69 A. of land I bought of Jon. Moore and Prissilah his wife, being pt. of "Jordon"; also pt. of manor land called "Beaver Dam."
