Per Geauga, Ohio Wills & Records (A/96), the court appointed his wife Mary Beebe as guardian of Orilla, Alma, Laura & Semantha Beebe, minors and heirs of Ezra Beebe, all under the age of 12 (dated Oct 18, 1814. First adult to die in Perry Center.
Buried in an abandonned cemetery on the Leonidas Axtell farm. His burial inscription says he died Jan 13, 1815
