Carr of Dumfries, Prince William Co.,Gentlemen, two tracts on branches of Cedar Run where the said John Neville lived and which is recorded in Prince William Co. October 20, 1736; the second tract was granted to the said John Neville by deed from the proprietor's office, January 5, 1745, and was conveyed by John Neavil in his lifetime to Wm. Carr by mortgage to secure the payment of a certain sum of money which has since been paid, and also devised by said Jon Neavill by his will April 24, 1767 to his son Thomas Neavil; 240 acres.
