To have money on hand after paying my doctor bills to S. S. Mayfield. After her death the property to go to my trustees to be equally divided between grandchildren. Son- Thomas Simms Anthony's heirs- 150 acre tract of land on which I live Grandson- Joseph Morton Anthony to be trustee for himself and his brothers and sisters.
