"Land I live on to sons Humphrey, Thomas and John; Thomas land in Cople Parish; John land at Pope's Creek; daughter Elizabeth one negro and furniture; daughter Anne one negro and furniture; daughter Jemima Spence one negro; daughter Penelope one negro; daughter Catherine one negro; James son of Benjamin Waddy...; Godson John, son of Nicholas Minor, one mare; Brother Humphrey Pope and brother Nicholas Minor 33 shillings for gold rings; to children horses, cattle, household furniture, etc; wife, Jemima, and Humprhey Pope, executors."
