I, John Stone of CC, am sick and weak of body but of sound and disposing memory, Firstly, I want my debts and funeral charges paid.
To my brother Thomas Stone - all the land I possess, called Drury Lane, which land was willed to me by brother Josias Stone.
To my brother William Stone - I Negro fellow named Charles.
To my brother-in-law Jeremiah Gray - 1 Negro fellow called Nacy & 1 Negro woman called Didah.
To my sister-in-law Bety Stone {wife to William) - 1 horse called Dabster.
To my brothers Thomas Stone, William Stone, & brother-in-law Jeremiah Gray - the rest of my estate.
Executors: my brothers Thomas Stone, William Stone, & brother-in-law Jeremiah Gray.
