Mary doth warrant and defend the land & Mill from just claim of her & her heirs .. also from her Father's heirs .. I give to my granddaughter MILDRED EDRINGTON a black pide Heiffer to my son WILLIAM EDRINGTON Ten shillings curt. money .. to my Daughter MARY QUESSENBERRY one Pistole; to my Daughter HESTER ELMMS one Gold ring now in her possession; to my Daughter SUSANAH HAILS my side saddle and Furniture; to MARY BAILLETT one feather bed; to MARGARET JETT my cloak. My will the remainder of my estate be equally divided between my son JOHN EDRINGTON and my two daughters SUSANAH HAILS & MILDRED TRIPPLET. My will my estate not be appraised.
