Kent) of Mr. THOS: SPEKEs & Mr. SAMUEL SMITH & this Depont, for the Come upon condicon that his Depont, should deliver it at Mr. TRUSSELL the said SMITH should make use of it in Meale; Mr. PHILLPOTT brought the Corne to the Landing Place & Mr. TRUSSELL sent a man to Mr. SMITHs to helpe to take the Corne a shore but there came a Frost & before the Corne was carried out of the Boats the ( ) &Corne was carried away after it had laid there three weeks or thereabouts none of it was taken after but a small parte wich: Mr. SMITH made use of but none after how much this Depont. knoweth not.
