Before me, the undersigned authority, on this day personally appeared W.B. Gordon, who after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath deposes and says:
That he knew Elizabeth White, daughter of Martha White and John White. That Elizabeth White was first married to Thomas J. Shelton, to this wedlock were born the following children:
1. Thomas Haywood Shelton, who lives in Wisconsin.
2. O.M. Shelton, lives at Beaumont, Texas.
3. John Shelton who lives in Louisiana.
4. Mattie Shelton who married George Dick, both of whom are dead, they had one child John Dick.
5. Mary Lura Shelton, who married W.B. Gordon, Anahuac, Texas.
Mary Lura Gordon died about the year 1897 and left surviving her, her husband and the following children:
a. Ross Gordon, Devers, Texas
b. W. Curtiss Gordon, Houston, Texas
c. R.M. Gordon, Anahuac, Texas
d. A.G. Gordon, Beaumont, Texas
6. Annie Shelton Barrow, wife of Martin Barrow, they live in Beaumont, Texas
That after the death of Thos. J. Shelton, Elizabeth Shelton, his wife, was married to A.J. Barrow, who now resides at Hankamer, Texas. Elizabeth Shelton Barrow died about the year 1917 and left the above named children by her first husband the following named children by her second husband, A.J. Barrow, surviving her:
7. Josephine Barrow, wife of Foutz Wallace, Hankamer, Texas.
8. Claude Barrow, single, Hankamer, Texas
That the above named children are all the children and heirs of the said Elizabeth White Shelton Barrow.
