    At the request of Notley Young the following Deed was Enrolled 26th August 1782. This Indenture made the fourteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred and eighty two Between Hoskins Hanson Gentleman and Catherine Hanson his Wife both of Charles County and State of Maryland on the one part and Notley Young of Prince Georges County and State aforesaid Gentleman of the other part Witnesseth That whereas Richard Marsham by his Last Will and Testament bearing date the fourteenth day of April in the year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundre dand thirteen and remaining among the Records of the prerogative Offic edid devise unto his Grand Children a Tract of Land called the Inclosu rewhich he the said Marsham bought of Col Ninian Beall Containing One Thousand and forty Acres more or less to be divided between his five Grand Children Samuel Queen Marsham Queen William Queen Catherine Queen an dMargaret Queen and that if any of the said Grand Children should die before they arrived to to the Age of Twenty one years or the Females unmarried then such part of the other person so dying under age or unmarried should be devised between the Survivors and if the said Tract should Contain more than One Thousand and forty Acres or less the Division to b emade of the same to the said Grand Children pro rate and whereas the said William Queen one of the Grand Children aforesaid died without Issu eand the said Catherine Queen married a Certain William Mathews Thomps onand had Issue Richard (sic: Matthews. NJL note.) Thompson her eldest S onand heir at Law who had Issue the aforesaid Catherine (sic: Catherin eQueen Thompson. NJL note.) Hanson party to these presents his only Ch ildthe said Catherine Queen after the death of the said (sic: her brot her.NJL note.) William Matthews Thompson intermarried with Walter (sic :Hoskins Hanson. NJL note.) Hanson of Charles County and had Issue (si c:Walter Hanson. NJL note.) by Virtue of which intermarriage The said Walter (sic: Hoskins. NJL note.) Hanson claimed the part of the Inclosur ewilled as aforesaid to the said Catherine Queen (sic: Catherine Queen Thompson) during his Natural life and as Tenant by the Curtisie [?] and as such heretofore sold and Conveyed his Estate therein to a Certain Joh nShercliff and the said Hoskins Hanson and Catherine Hanson intending f ora Valuable Consideration to Vest the said Notley Young with an Estat e inFee Simple in the Land aforesaid and of all the Land in the Tract o fLand called Inclosure which they have right or Title to Therefore the said Hoskins Hanson and Catherine Hanson for and in Consideration of the Sum of Five Hundred and fifty one pounds Current Specie to them in hand paid by the said Notley Young the Receipt whereof the said Hoskins Hanso nand Catherine Hanson doth Acknowledge and for other good Causes and Considerations them thereunto moving have given granted bargained and Sold Aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and do by these presents give grant bargain and Sell Alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto the said Notley Young his heirs and Assigns forever all that Tract Piece or Parcel of Land being part of a Tract of Land called the Inclosure devise das a foresaid and divided and laid out by Several of the parties concerned by the metes and bounds following to wit Signed Hoskins Hanson Catherine Hanson Wit: Dan Jenifer WH Jenifer

Brawner, the son of Henry M. and Catherine Brawner, who apparently died on 22 September 1843. The articles were on 9/29/1843 (p.2) and 10/4/1843 (p.2).

    The LDS transcription of the 1880 census of Baltimore, Maryland, lists Catharine Bauner [sic] (70) as a widow. She is listed in the household o fher son-in-law, Lemuel Willmore (45), who is a clerk in the Custom House. His wife Henrietta (43) is Catharine's youngest daughter. Lemuel and Henrietta have 6 children, one of them named Catharine. All of them were born in Maryland to parents born in Maryland (p. 253A).

    I don't know whether WILLMORE or WILMER is correct.
