    We John Mitchell and Catherine Mitchell of CC, give bond of 800 £ to Thomas Crackells (Crackles) this Jul 10, 1778, to warrant that sd John Mitchell and Catherine Mitchell, convey to sd Crackells a parcel of land called Shaws Folly, containing about 55 acres, and another parcel of land, being part of a tract of land called Mobberly, containing about 45 acres in CC, and conveyed by Ralph Shaw to Hugh Mitchell, father of the afd John and Catherine Mitchell, as by deed dated Feb 19, 1759.     Jul 10, 1778.
