Granted to farm Lett one certain Tract of Land Situate in County aforesaid and the same as was granted unto Lewis Neill, son of John Neill deceased by Patent from the Propertors Office the 15th Nov 1757 ... Bounded by Survey thereof made by Mr. John Baylis ... Corner to Capt Lewis Neill ... line of John Neill dec'd ... containing four hundred Acres ... full Term of Thirty one years .... 1776 Mar 11 - Between Stephen Jones of Frederick Co, to John Green Lee 125 acres being part of larger tract of 520 acres same granted to Capt Lewis Neill by patent from the properties office 2 Feb 1765 who granted and demised unto ? and Edward White - then to George Marsh and Mathias Marsh, exec of George assgined to Michael Stip and by the said Michael Stip assigned to Stephen Jones on 17th Mar 1777 which said 520 acres beginning at white oaks corner to Helms...
