Total, $57.50. Money paid out: J. Barnes, doctors bill per receipt no. 1, $11.25; Wm. S. Sharp, receipt no. 2, $9.75; How & Dougherty, proven acct no. 3, $4.38; Fee bill no. 5, $1.68; paid on note held by Elizabeth Moler against Levi Moler as per credits, $25.75; postage on letter, $0.30; Total, $54.12; Balance, $3.38. We the undersigned and devisers and brothers and sisters of Levi Moler decd do hereby release and acquit John Moler late Guardian of John H. Moler decd. the infant heir of said Levi Moler decd. said heir is now deceased, and we are informed that we are the heirs of John H. Moler, decd. We know and believe the above report to be just and correct. We therefore acknowledge this our full receipt to said Guardian, further there is yet a debt due from said Levi Moler decd. to his mother Elizabeth Moler, and we desire and wish all notes coming to sd. Levi Moler to be given up to sd. Elizabeth Moler for her own benefit, which we fully give up and relinquish all our right unto said Elizabeth Moler; said Elizabeth Moler is to keep the notes given up to her, and enter credits for what money she receives. Said John Moler is to pay whatever clerks fees may be remaining. Written of our hands and wish this reports recorded June 16th, 1852 - John Moler, Abraham W. Moler, Allen Moler, Abraham Shulse, Mary Shulse, Henry Bell, Matilda Bell, Zilla McVey, William H. Kookendoffer, Joanna Kookendoffer, George W. Kookendoffer, Susanna Kookendoffer. Moler decd made between John Moler decd - the heir at law of said John H. and was produced in court, allowed and ordered to be recorded, which has been done.
