Surnames: Sparks, Ostrander, Hunt Elmer Vere Sparks Date of birth April 7, 1886 in Kansas. Elmer may have been an orphan and grew up in the Staley and Hamilton, families. He lived in Pittsburg City, Crawford County and Independence City, Montgomery County, Kansas, then Parsons, Labette Kansas before coming to Wichita City, Sedgwick County about 1923.

I?m looking for further information on the family.
Elmer married a Mary E. Ostrander about 1905, possibly in Crawford or Montgomery County KS. They had a daughter,
VIOLET THEADOSHA SPARKS - Birth: 16 AUG 1907 in Independence, Montgomery County, Kansas.
They had son Everett A., about 1906.
I?m interested in this extended family, what became of the children and if there are descendants. Violet married into the Hunt family, but was divorced.
