    Mrs. Tennessee Scott, wife of Thomas Scott of Providence died Saturday morning at age 58 years, 9 months and 6 days. It was a very sudden death, she was sick only a few hours with cramps of some kind. She was born in Carroll County, Georgia and her maiden name was Wallin. She lived in Burleson County about 45 years and had four children, Henry Scott and Frank Scott and Mesdames J.H. Duckworth and Will Thomas. She also leaves 4 brothers of whom A.P. Wallin of Caldwell is one. She was a member of the Methodist Church for over 40 years and was buried in Providence Cemetery.
