Received of Berlain Posey, 2031 lbs of crop tobacco, in full discharge of a judgment I recovered against Henry Bradford, for which I sell to sd Belain Posey a Negro woman named Nancy, who was taken by virtue of a scire facias against sd Bradford. John Hoskins Boarman (with the consent of sd Mary Ann Boarman) has exchanged some land with the above mentioned Raphel Boarman in which land sd Mary Ann has a claim during her single life. If sd Mary Ann Boarman shall allow sd Raphel Boarman to possess to possess and enjoy the above lands (without any rent or satisfaction for the same), this bond to be void. On Jun 10, 1774, there was a resurvey made on a tract of land called Boarmans Help, which resurvey, exclusive of Boarmans Help, is by mutual consent, agreed to be.divided between sd John Hoskins Boarman & Raphael Boarman, & the division to be made by Cleon Clements & Edward Edelen, bounded by the head of Hencocks Branch, tiie beginning of Boarmans Low Grounds, the 2nd line of Boarmans Enlargement amended. The lands ceded to Raphel Boarman by the above are one part of Boarmans Rest & also of the above resurvey, made on Jun 10, 1774. Cleon Clements & Edward Edelen are to lay off [for] sd John Hoskins Boarman, his part of the land with a line drawn from Benedict Boarman's land across Zachiah Swamp. All the lands below sd line to be the property of John Hoskins Boarman, and the lands above the line, to be the property of Raphel Boarman. Raphael Boarman and John H Boarman are to receive an equal quantity of land, with John H Boarman's land being to the left of the division line. These conditions being complied with, this bond to be void. Signed Jan 10, 1793 - John H Boarman. Recorded Jun 11, 1793.

Boarman, both of CC, to divide a tract of land called Boarmans Enlargement, exclusive of Boarmans Help, and to mark several division lines. The division lines involve Boarmans Rest, Boarmans Low grounds, Boarmans Enlargement, and Raphaels Supply. 1st, we adjudge the division to be bounded by the head of Henscocks Branch, a resurvey called Boarmans Meadows, Boarmans Addition, Zachia Swamp, the gutter of Hencock branch. The land to the left of the division line we award to John H. Boarman, [and the land to the right goes to Raphael Boarman]. Signed Mar 8, 1783 - Cleon Clements, Edward Edelin. Wit - none.
