  Notes	William Billy Williams is stated to be Silas Grandson in 1880, is living with him in 1870, as well. Atha and her sister Mary, daughters of his first wife, Eliza Ward, are the only candidates to have a child in 1864. It looks like that perhaps Betsy Priscilla, who is also living with Silas Moyers and the child Billy Williams, could be the child's paternal grandmother. If he is Precilla's son, he would have been born before David, making him about 16 or so and moved out since he is not listed in her household in 1850 census. Have found no records other than census scrutiny to piece this together. Billy perhaps could have been Mary's child as well.
